- No. hydrogen bond donors ≤ 5 ( The sum of OHs and NHs )
- No. hydrogen bond acceptor ≤ 10 ( The sum of Os and Ns )
- Molecular weight ≤ 500
- CLogP ≤ 5 ( MlogP ≤ 4.5 )
